Harvested at the Right Time

Our mangoes are checked every week and harvested only when fully ready. We wash them in clean saline water to remove any gum or residue, dry them, and send them to ripen naturally.

Naturally Ripened

We never use chemicals or carbide to ripen our mangoes. They ripen naturally in a safe environment, making them perfect for everyone in the family — especially kids.

Hygienically Packed

Once the mangoes reach the right stage, we pack them at our farm in strong, clean ‘Sakkath Mango’ boxes. From there, they’re sent directly to Bangalore through India Post, so they stay fresh and untouched.

QUESTIONS ASKED

  1. What is the price of each mango box and what does it include?
    Each box is priced at ₹₹₹, which includes: 3 kg of Organic Alphonso (Badami) mangoes packed in custom 5-ply carton box, Transport from farm to Bangalore and doorstep delivery.The mangoes are packed directly at the farm and sent for distribution thru India Post.
  2. I made a payment but didn’t receive any confirmation. What should I do?
    Once payment is confirmed, our payment partner Razorpay generates a Payment ID and sends it to your registered email/phone number. After that, our system generates your Order ID and sends a confirmation via email/SMS. If you’ve been charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation, please click the Contact icon on our website and share your Payment ID. We’ll help you right away.
  3. I’ve placed an order. When will I receive my mangoes?
    We take orders after harvesting. Mangoes are kept in ripening chambers and packed only once they naturally turn yellow. From the time of your order, we deliver within 7 days.
  4. How can I track my mango box?
    You’ll receive three notifications during the order process:

     📦 Shipping update 
     🚚 Out-for-delivery alert Once shipping begins, 
    you can track your mango box on our Track Order page using your Order ID. 

    📦 Important: Each box is treated as a separate shipment to ensure proper tracking. If you’ve ordered more than one box, your additional boxes will have extended IDs like: OrderNumber_02, OrderNumber_03, and so on. 

     This helps us track and deliver each box with care and accuracy.
  5. A few fruits inside were affected. What can I do?
    Since mangoes ripen naturally, external appearance doesn't always reflect the internal condition. Ripening, moisture, and nature’s variance can affect individual fruits. We believe mangoes are a gift of nature, but we’re here to help if something goes wrong. Please share photos of the affected fruits with us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
